From the hills of St. Elizabeth to the water lands of St. Thomas, Rory Shepherd, affectionately known as DJ Rors, roars in the musical jungle. Rors started his Disc Jock career in 2008 and since then he has played music across Jamaica, from Negril Point to Morant Point. A dedicated hotelier, a father of 3, and a part-time motivator, Rors, finds the time to inspire and entertain through music. As a member of the FeteDayz iRadio family, DJ Rors energizes his fans with 80s, 90s, and a mixture of recent favorites. His favorite genre is Soca. Zachary Harding is the Executive Chairman and co-founder of Delta Capital Partners. He is a member of the Forbes Business Council and was also named the 2021 Stockbroker CEO of the Year in Jamaica by Global Banking & Finance Awards®.

Over the years, Harding has crafted a stellar track record in senior management positions including CEO, Head of Strategy, and Director of Marketing, among other leadership roles at companies such as Appliance Traders Ltd, Wisynco, Red Stripe (Diageo) and Grace Kennedy Remittance Services Ltd. He was the first CEO of the Caribbean Climate Smart Accelerator, an initiative started by Virgin boss Richard Branson and three Prime Ministers from the Caribbean.

In 2012, Harding was named one of the “Top 50-under-Fifty Business Leaders Shaping Jamaica's Future” by the PSOJ and The Gleaner Company Ltd.

Harding has invested heavily in the Creative Industry, both funding and producing the documentary “One People” - the official documentary of Jamaica’s 50th Anniversary of Independence, as well the feature film “Sprinter”.

In 2021 he was invited to be a featured speaker at TEDx Aston University, where he presented his C.A.R.E-Ful decision-making model – a Formula for Success, where he explained how being a DJ helps him to make better decisions.

Harding has been dubbed a “rain-maker” and “marketing guru” based on several ground-breaking campaigns and brand turnarounds.

He is known for the marketing of brands such as Ocean Spray, Wata, Bigga, Smirnoff Ice, ATL and many others. His innovative mind and strategic acumen led him to be appointed as Special Advisor to the Minister of Tourism and Deputy Director at the Jamaica Tourist Board in 2007, where he helped to market Brand Jamaica. He is currently appointed by the Minister of Finance to serve on the Board of Caribbean Airlines Ltd, and appointed by the Prime Minister to serve on the board of JAMPRO where he chairs the Projects and Marketing Subcommittee, as well as the linkages committee.

Previously, he has served on several other boards, including Port Authority of Jamaica, Jamaica Manufacturers’ Association, Urban Development Corporation, Jamaica Antidoping Commission, and the Sports and Entertainment Network under the Ministry of Tourism.

Harding was a member of one of Sean Paul’s first management teams, before handing him over to brother Jeremy Harding who went on to manage him to sell multi-platinum as well as winning a Grammy and various other awards.

He is also co-founder and the other "Hard" in 2Hard Records, the famous label with veteran producer Jeremy Harding, known for producing hits including Beenie Man's Sim Simma, Elephant Man's LogOn, Sean Paul's Baby Girl, Mr. Vegas' Nike Air, and others.

Harding was one of the founders of  Syndicate Disco DJing for many years alongside Arif Cooper. He has recently started DJing again on Fetedayz iRadio as well as various events, and has been dubbed the "Dancehall CEO".
